A true Tasmanian wilderness experience. It features the famous Cradle Mountain and Dove Lake. All aspects of this park are picturesque. It is home to many native animals and plants. Cradle Mountain has a many walking tracks in the surrounding area which have varying levels of difficulty. The best time to visit is late Spring and during Summer. Lake St Clair and Cradle Mountain are a four hour drive from Hobart.
