Finding 128 Murray

128 Murray is located on the corner of Murray and Bathurst Street in Hobart’s CBD. Guest entrance is off Bathurst Street via the driveway next to the Lilly and Rose Sweet Shoppe. Signage is present on both Murray Street and Bathurst Street to aid guests in finding the property. Further directions are provided on where to park vehicles once guests have traversed the driveway.[/text_output][text_output]

Policies of 128 Murray

We do hope guests enjoy their stay at 128 Murray. To facilitate a pleasant experience for all guests we do have a few house rules. Please read them below before staying at 128 Murray.

Payments

128 Murray accepts Visa and Mastercard.

All bookings require full payment in advance and must be made no greater than 12 months in advance of the booking date.

128 Murray does not handle, store, or pass on credit card details. Payment processing and credit card information is handled by our secure (128 bit encrypted) external partner.

Cancellations and Refunds

Booking cancellations must be applied for at least 7 days before the arrival date. A full refund is provided to guests who apply to cancel bookings at least 7 days before the arrival date. Unfortunately 128 Murray is unable to provide refunds of any kind to guests that cancel bookings within 7 days of the arrival date.

Cancellations can be processed by following the link in the confirmation email guests received when making the original booking – there is no need to contact 128 Murray requesting a cancellation.

Check In / Check Out

Check in is at 2pm. Check out is at 10am.

Guests are sent instructions on how to find the property and a six digit entry code 24 to 48 hours before check in via email, booking medium, and sms.

Cleaning / Servicing

Professional serviced cleaning is performed between every guest visit.

Professional serviced cleaning includes kitchen cleaning/wipedown, vacuuming/mopping of apartment, changing of bed linen, bathroom towels and mats, and re-stocking of complimentaries.

Both of 128 Murray Apartments are fully, self contained accommodation with washing and drying facilities. Guests staying in excess of 1 week can decide whether to use the available washing and drying facilities themselves, or alternatively to have our professional cleaning team service the apartment mid week at an additional expense of $50 AUD.

Smoking

Smoking is strictly not permitted inside the apartments. Ashtrays are provided for guests wishing to smoke outside.

If either apartment is spoilt by cigarette odour 1 additional night’s accommodation will be charged to fully air the property.

Pets / Animals

Pets are not permitted on the property.
